This site is becoming a home base for the things I want to keep, share, build, and improve over time. It is intentionally simple right now: a front door, a resume, a projects area, and now this blog for ideas and updates.
Start with the home page
The home page is the entry point. It keeps the site from being only one thing. From there, you can get to the resume, the projects index, this blog, and older archived material.
Read the resume
The resume section preserves my professional background: military service, acquisition work, education, awards, and other career material. It is there for people who want the formal version of who I am and what I have done.
Browse the projects
The projects page is where active and future work can live without crowding the home page. Each project can have its own folder, pages, images, notes, and structure.
One example already underway is the Bob Cary WWII Research project, a family-history research effort about Lt. Robert A. Cary, B-26 missions, the 444th Bomb Squadron, and the unresolved Thayngen story.
What this blog is for
This blog is where I can post ideas, progress notes, reflections, links, and image-supported updates. I am not adding comments, reactions, or social features yet. The priority is a clean place to publish complete posts first.
The plan is simple: keep adding short posts, project notes, and occasional longer updates as the site grows.
