Ukraine reports a jet-powered Shahed interception in trials

BLUF Ukraine’s president reported another successful interceptor trial against a jet-powered Shahed and called for mass production. That is a concrete test result against a faster threat, following earlier warnings about compressed engagement time. The system was not identified, and the report does not establish repeatable performance or broad operational fielding.
