Sirloin chili pizza

Sirloin chili pizza. I introduced this one with the decidedly unrestrained description, “Stoner food x10!” The idea was right there in the name: a hearty chili pizza with a thick rim and plenty of melted cheese.

I followed up in the comments by comparing it with Big Lou’s Pizza, then admitting I was impressed with myself. That is the useful verdict preserved with the photograph: this was one of my own experiments, and I liked how it turned out.

The picture gets down close to the edge, showing how much crust sits beneath the chunky topping. The original post doesn't explain the chili recipe or how the pizza was baked, so it remains a record of the finished creation rather than a complete recipe to reproduce.
