Two pizzas on the cooling rack

This February session ends with two pizzas beside each other on the rack. One has a more evenly browned layer of cheese with small pink pieces showing through. The other carries long onion slices and yellow-green pieces along with a similar pink topping.

The oven photos belong to the onion-topped pizza. They show it baking on a round tray inside the kitchen oven, before the finished view on the rack. The matching topping positions connect the two scenes and make this a small story of the bake as well as the result.
